I did my PhD, Dr.-Ing., on "On the Perspectives of SiC MOSFETs in High-Frequency and High-Power Isolated DC/DC Converters” at TU Berlin’s Institute of Energy and Automation Technology/Power Electronics.

Current Occupation:

I am an assistant professor at the Tafila Technical University/Department of Electrical Engineering. I teach and supervise students in the area of Electrical Power, Electrical Machines and Control Systems.

What I' m offering:

I am interested in developing international research and student collaborations between institutions in Germany and Jordan. More, I can provide information to TU Berlin students and researchers planning to work/visit at the Jordanian universities, especially at my university, Tafila Technical University.
