I did my PhD on "Environmental impact assessment as a planning instrument of Brazilian environmental policy” at TU Berlin’s Institute of Environmental and Landscape Planning (ILaUP).

Current Occupation:

I am full professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco’s Department of Civil Engineering. The campus is located in Recife, Northeast Brazil. I teach and supervise students in the area of environmental impact assessment, river basin management and environmental policies.

What I' m offering:

I can provide information to TU Berlin students and researchers planning to study/work at a Brazilian university, especially at my university UFPE. I can help to organize the stay here.
